We are so proud that IN-Tech Academy has recently received the highest ranking by the NYC Department of Education as a “Well Developed” school. This is quite an accomplishment considering the school is only in its seventh year of existence. What makes IN-Tech so unique is not our new state of the art educational campus; it is how academic rigor is coupled with the seamless use of technology in the classroom. Students master their subject content with the aid of SMARTboards, conduct research in class on laptops, download experimental data into their PDAs that sync wirelessly with the teachers computers and are given instant feedback of their performance. Students are self-reliant learners who are developing critical thinking skills and are preparing for college.

Teachers act as facilitators providing students with an atmosphere within which they are encouraged to think for themselves, pose questions that demonstrate their cognitive abilities and employ their individual learning styles. All constituencies at the IN-Tech Academy pursue the integration of intellectual and technological endeavors within a learning environment that stresses academics.
We are committed to providing superior instruction within the areas of literacy, mathematics, science, the humanities, the arts and Information and Network Technology. In partnership with Microsoft, Cisco Systems, Manhattan College, Lehman College, Bronx Institute, Turner Construction, NBC and USA Today we provide our students with those skills needed to become successful within the new global economy.
